How can I track my package?
You should get an email confirmation about your shipping order status with a tracking number. Go to the Track Your Order page to paste the necessary details to see the delivery status.
Do you ship overseas?
Absolutely! We ship internationally to satisfy our customers worldwide!
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Typically it takes around 5-15 days after the order is processed. This applies to the USA, UK, Canada and Australia and New Zealand.
Can I cancel an order?
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. The sooner the better, once it has started the shipping process it is too late to ask to cancel an order.
