Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number that will allow you to track your package. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery Time

All orders are delivered within 5-15 business days. Delivery delays are rare, but can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

*We do not guarantee shipping times mentioned above, but are based on the average shipping time duration analyzed by our customers as a general guide. Shipping delays may be caused by natural disasters, inclement weather, war, public holidays, and factors outside our control.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) to see how far along your order is to your destination. Visit the Track Your Order page for delivery updates.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

All international orders may incur custom taxes and duties upon entry that will need to be paid by the customer. Laracago is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
